Training is free for every girl aged 5 to 11. The only cost is a £10 registration that goes to the FAW, not to us.
About us
Grassroots football in Blackwood.
Our story
Coed Duon WFC is an independent club built by the people who play and coach here. Everything we do is for women’s and girls’ football.
We are rebuilding a place for girls to play in Blackwood, with senior and youth teams growing together.
We stand alone
Most women’s teams in Wales are part of a men’s club. We are not. Coed Duon WFC is independent, and our time, money and energy go into women’s and girls’ football.
What you can expect from us
Every coach at this club is DBS checked, safeguarding trained and first aid qualified.
Our teams move up with the girls in them, so nobody gets left behind at the top of an age group.
You do not need boots, a kit or any experience to come to a first session.
